Coconut Water
Do you know the goodness of coconut water? It's natural and utterly refreshing. It contains water and electrolytes any good drink should have. What It Contains The water of a coconut is found within its shell. To enjoy it, cut off the top of the shell of a young coconut. Use a straw and you'll have a most refreshing drink. You may prefer it chilled before you cut off the top of the fruit. Personally, I find this more refreshing especially on a hot day. It contains water, a small amount of sugar that gives it sweetness and a significant amount of electrolytes (minerals), notably that of potassium. It does not contain any fats which is found in its meat. So, unless you take its meat (flesh) or gel in young coconut, you don't have to worry too much about fats or calories.
