Mixed Fruit Salad With Yogurt
Toss your favorite fruits and top it with some yogurt and you'll get a nutritious mixed fruit salad.
Salads are one of the easiest dishes to prepare. What's more almost everything in it is still in its natural state - the best state for human consumption, in most cases. Another huge plus is you can literally toss in anything that you want. Here is a salad with cherries and some other gorgeous fruits. You can add some of your favorite fruits or take out those that you don't fancy. You may prefer to add more strawberries and use strawberry yogurt instead of plain yogurt. Vary the fruits and the yogurt according to your liking. The choice is yours.
Ingredients 2 cup sweet cherries 2 cup cantaloupe cubes 1 cup grapes 1 cup kiwi fruit peeled 1 cup strawberries halved 20 ounces plain or vanilla yogurt
Preparation Put all the fruits into a large salad bowl and mix. Chill it in the fridge. When serving, scoop fruits into serving bowls and top it with yogurt. And you have a refreshing salad.
